The Royal Palace of Caserta is committed to making the Museum more welcoming and inclusive. Its goal is to guarantee full access to the Vanvitellian Complex for everyone and facilitate the enjoyment of its spaces and cultural contents. Find here all the information for an accessible visit.
Here are the paths to reach the two entrances of the Royal Palace of Caserta: Piazza Carlo di Borbone and Corso Giannone.
Please note that to access the Museum you must obtain a ticket either by booking online, or by purchasing it at the ticket office. Remember that the only ticket office of the Royal Palace of Caserta is in Piazza Carlo di Borbone.

The entrance from one or the other access does not imply limitations to the tour.
Please note that access is not allowed at a time other than that indicated on your ticket. We suggest not to go to the entrance too early to avoid waiting outside, here all the info.
Please note that parking isn’t permitted inside the Royal Palace. The closest car park to the main entrance in Piazza Carlo di Borbone is in Sottovia Carlo Vanvitelli. Alternatively, you might find some available spots in the parking lot near both entrances.
Once inside the Palace, there will be an elevator for the exclusive use of visitors with disabilities. If you need assistance, please ask the staff at the entrance.
You can access the Royal Palace of Caserta from Piazza Carlo di Borbone and Corso Pietro Giannone, 15. Given the distance between the two entrances to the Royal Palace of Caserta, we recommend that you choose yours carefully. Please note that ArteCard holders can only access from the main entrance in Piazza Carlo di Borbone. All those who want to arrive by bicycle, must access from Corso Pietro Giannone, 15.
